The Lab Newspaper of Media Resources and Training Centre [MRTC], published on every third friday of the english month. MRTC is a joint venture of UNESCO, Royal Danish Government and the University of Jaffna. The MRTC is offering a part time Diploma in Journalism to the working Journalists of Jaffna Peninsula.
